Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our tourism company as a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Provide detailed information about our tours, packages, and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
