Job Overview

The

Sales Executive

plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Alfardan Jewellery products through the use of different channels and utilization of CRM tools. They act as brand ambassadors and represent Alfardan Jewellery across all platforms, thereby contributing to the company's image and sales growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

To build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients:

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Elevates customer experience by applying the Alfardan Signature Customer Experience (AFSCE) standard in all business transactions Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Creates a memorable experience for clients by always upholding the WAW factors characteristic of Alfardan boutiques Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Handling stock transfer.

Job Specifications

At least 3 years experience as a sales executive within the luxury jewellery or high-end fashion industry Excellent customer service skills Presentable Ability to grasp new concepts quickly Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Relevant product and industry knowledge Excellent communication skills
