oIdentify, approach, and manage B2B clients including retailers, showrooms, and distributors in the sanitary ware and tiles segment.
oPromote and display our brand's products(stratoz, edge) effectively in client outlets to maximize visibility and sales impact.
oConduct regular outdoor sales visits to acquire new business and strengthen existing relationships.
oAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
oProvide product knowledge, training, and support to retail partners and their staff.
oGather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and trends.
oCoordinate with the internal team to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.
oMaintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
oTimely submission of weekly work day, sales reports update to HOD.
