Promote and sell residential units in the project to prospective buyers
Conduct property tours and explain features, unit options, and pricing to clients.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications in the CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Motivated, organized, and result-oriented personality.
