Position: Sales Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue and market share for a group of hotel by securing new business and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple segments including corporate, leisure, and group bookings. Ensure sales strategies are implemented effectively and revenue goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Actively source and develop new business opportunities across assigned market segments and hotel properties. Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and hotel familiarization visits. Coordinate with hotel operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and delivery of service commitments. Prepare and present proposals and contracts in line with rate and availability guidelines. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Support the Hotel Manager in achieving sales targets and preparing reports and forecasts. Ensure alignment with hotel standards, hotel policies, and local compliance regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, goal-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic. Flexibility to travel between hotel or for client meetings/events as required.
