As a Sales Executive for building materials, your role will involve visiting
to various locations to promote and sell products to targeted customers and existing clients
. This position requires actively engaging with potential clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships.
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and target potential customers
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
2. Product Knowledge
Develop a thorough understanding of the products
Advise clients on product selection based on their needs and project requirements.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback on customer needs and buying trends.
Participate in pricing strategy discussions.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
6. Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
7. Promotional Activities
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Distribute marketing materials and product samples when needed.
8. Compliance
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Handle contracts and quotations in accordance with company procedures.
