Sales Executive

Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for lighting projects. Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, including contractors, consultants, architects, and developers. Lead and manage the complete sales cycle, from client engagement to contract closure. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions with customer requirements. Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools. Manage and support a sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance market presence.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the lighting industry. Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, standards, and project applications. Strong knowledge of lighting controls preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Dialux, Autocad and MS Office Suite. Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
