We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities for our company.
You will work closely with small and medium businesses, contractors, homeowners, and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and project requirements.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium businesses, contractors, house owners, and other industry professionals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Knowledge of low current systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and Intercom.
Familiarity with project management processes and timelines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
