Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients. Support the sales process by explaining the technical aspects of our offerings. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide detailed technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in sales engineering or technical sales is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
