Job Description

The Sales Executive for Facilities Management is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves promoting facility management services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and other soft and hard services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales leads in the facilities management sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Sales & Marketing:

Present and promote facility management services to potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their concerns. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Monitor competitor activities and market developments. Provide feedback to the management team for business growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the facilities management industry. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid UAE driving license (preferred for UAE-based roles).
