About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the internal and external fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will excel in developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the internal and external fit-out market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to provide tailored solutions.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records.

Attend meetings, site visits, and industry networking events as required.

Requirements:

Experience as a Sales Executive in the Contractting / Internal and External fit-out industry.

Strong network within the fit-out, construction, or interior design sectors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical aspects of fit-out projects.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
