Job Description
- IT Sales Specialist
Attend initial sales meetings and engage with clients. Assess client business needs and determine product suitability. Identify necessary software/hardware adaptations. Address technical inquiries from clients. Present findings to technical teams for action. Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales, customer service, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software. Strong technical knowledge of IT enterprise hardware and software. Awareness of current IT industry trends and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to satisfaction. Must have a transferable Iqama.
