Firstly, investors with any money are moving away from high-risk shares and financial investments because of inflation Property is seen as the safest investment and one that is more likely to go up.

In real estate, the margins on a property are big in percentage but also in amount. 4% of \xc2\xa34.5Million is a lot of margin and 50-70% sales commission on that means you can earn six figures on one deal. You will probably focus though on making one smaller deal per week, which will be your target.
