Job Description

As a Female Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, targets, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, visits, events). Present and promote company products/services to new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing clients. Prepare and deliver sales reports to management. Participate in sales meetings, training, and development activities.

Requirements:



Female candidates only (as per role requirement). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Presentable, confident, and self-motivated. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English.
