Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced female Sales Representative fluent in English and Russian to join our team. In this role, you will support our mission to offer exceptional service, grow sales, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify their needs Present merchandise and explain usage, features, and care Recommend and upsell products based on customer preferences Process transactions (cash and credit) accurately Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and store policies Ensure attractive and organized merchandise displays Monitor inventory and assist with restocking Identify and address security issues or thefts Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service (retail/wholesale) Fluency in Russian (required) and English (spoken and written) ? Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Cheerful, resilient, and well-organized High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
