, you will bridge the gap between our sales and engineering teams. You'll play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring successful integration of our products/services into customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft tailored technical solutions
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle
Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and create proof-of-concept solutions
Support post-sales implementation and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in a sales engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role
Strong technical background in [industry-specific tools or platforms, e.g., cloud computing, automation, manufacturing systems]
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
