Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.



Job Responsibilities:

• Generate RFQs and establish new accounts
• Create Technical and Commercial proposals
• Provide technical clarifications to customers and attend the meeting if required
• Extensive interaction with customers, suppliers and team
• Commercial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues
• Ensure the timely submission of project related documents
• Support finance team to arrange submission of invoices
• Travel to project sites to preform start-up, integration, training and to attend any installation related queries
• Travel as needed to support team for presentation and exhibitions
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Maintain professional business relationships with customers and vendors
• Identify and communicate customer\'s needs and sales opportunities to expand business opportunities
• Track the status of the submitted offers and finalise the orders

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM/Database tools
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proven project management skills
• Sales support experience

• 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 GCC experience in the Oil & Gas sector handling EPC contractors and OEMs

Job Purpose: * To expand business horizon of EEIC Trading Department

• Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc
• Assist team in executing and achieving market business plans

• 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 GCC experience in the Oil & Gas sector handling EPC contractors and OEMs
