Job Description

Sales Engineer bridges technical and sales roles, explaining complex products to clients, understanding their needs, and designing customized solutions to drive sales, providing pre/post-sales support, and collaborating with engineering teams for product development. Key duties involve technical presentations, needs analysis, solution design, negotiation, client relationship management, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Technical Sales:

Present and demonstrate complex products/services, explaining technical details and business value to clients.

Customer Needs Analysis:

Understand client challenges, gather technical requirements, and tailor solutions.

Solution Design:

Develop customized proposals, configure products, and ensure technical fit for client systems.

Sales Support:

Work with sales teams to close deals, manage the sales process, and provide technical expertise.

Pre- & Post-Sales Support:

Offer technical training, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

Product Feedback:

Relay client feedback to R&D and engineering for product improvements and new development.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and legislation.
