Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for block mold sales.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with contractors, precast manufacturers, block factories, and construction companies.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Provide technical support to customers, including mold specifications, applications, and customization options.
Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Support after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in
construction equipment, block machinery, molds.
Strong technical understanding of block molds, concrete products, or similar equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license (if job is based in UAE).
