Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, and EPC technical specifications to prepare competitive bids and proposals. Study global customer enquiries to evaluate technical and commercial requirements. Prepare detailed techno-commercial offers, bid qualifications, BOMs, scope matrices, and supporting annexures. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Procurement, Projects, etc.) for input and alignment before bid submission. Participate in pre-bid meetings to address queries, deviations, and value additions, and document discussions (MOM). Develop and manage vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships. Handle technical queries from clients and ensure timely resolution. Compile complete tender documents including EMD/BG, price & technical bids, drawings, schedules, and QA documents. Review and approve vendor deliverables (datasheets, drawings, etc.) during procurement. Conduct vendor negotiations for best pricing and terms. Attend meetings with clients/vendors/internal teams to resolve project issues and ensure smooth execution.
