Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled

Sales Engineer

to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of

cast aluminum products

such as

gates, handrails, pergolas, fencing panels

, and decorative elements. The role involves both sales and technical responsibilities, including client engagement, project coordination, and support during the bidding and execution phases. A strong network in the

contracting and construction sector

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities within the

construction, contracting, and landscaping sectors

. Promote and sell a range of

custom cast aluminum products

including gates, railings, pergolas, fences, and decorative architectural elements. Understand technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements to offer appropriate product solutions. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs in response to project tenders or direct inquiries. Coordinate with the design, factory, and project execution teams to ensure client expectations are met on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers. Visit project sites to take measurements, understand site constraints, and resolve technical issues in coordination with the factory team. Maintain a record of sales activities, project pipelines, client interactions, and competitor intelligence. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

3-5 years

of sales or technical sales experience in

cast aluminum or architectural metalworks

. Solid understanding of

fabrication processes

including casting, molding, welding, surface finishing, and powder coating. Strong knowledge of

contracting workflows

, project tendering, submittals, and technical documentation. Ability to read and interpret

AutoCAD drawings, architectural plans, and fabrication details

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates for meetings and site visits.

Preferred:

Prior experience dealing with

villa, commercial, or government construction projects

involving decorative aluminum works. Contacts with

consultants, landscaping companies, and construction firms

in the UAE. Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
