Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Technical & Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with the estimation and design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Explain technical features and benefits of products and services to clients.
Ensure project feasibility from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Quotation & Negotiation:
Work closely with the estimation team to prepare accurate quotations.
Handle negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions while ensuring profitability.
Project Handover & Coordination:
Prepare proper documentation for handover to the project and production teams.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and follow up for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Submit weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales within interior fit-out, BTL, or construction industry.
Strong technical understanding of materials, production processes, and interior detailing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or design software is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
