Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
Promote and sell the company's products to contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry standards.
Visit project sites regularly to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience
in the building materials industry within the UAE.
Strong understanding of construction processes and materials (e.g., cement, steel, waterproofing, insulation, etc.).
Valid UAE driving license
- mandatory for daily travel to client locations and project sites.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English
Hindi or Urdu speaking preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
