Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
Minimum 2 years
of experience in a technical sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
