Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners and industrial clients Sell marine AC repair services, industrial chillers, and spare parts Prepare competitive proposals and close service/supply deals Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

Minimum

1 years of sales experience

, preferably in the

marine or industrial sector

Strong technical understanding of chillers and HVAC systems Confident communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and

Zoho Books

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Technical background preferred) MBA or equivalent business qualification Mechanical or industrial sales experience

What We Offer:

Starting Salary:

AED 2,500/month

Performance-Based Raise:

AED 500 after 6 months based on target achievement

Sales Commission:

Attractive commission structure based on monthly targets Company phone, SIM card, and laptop provided
