Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial clients. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining metal product features and benefits. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in coordination with the operations team. Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory, specifications, and applications. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned by management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and services. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management. Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metal, manufacturing, or industrial supply sector. Strong knowledge of metals and their applications (e.g., steel grades, fabrication processes, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read technical drawings and understand industry-specific terminology. Basics in Microsoft Dynamics. Fluency in Hindi & English is mandatory.
