Job Summary:

Fables Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive our business development efforts in the interior fit-out and design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of interior design solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads for interior design and fit-out projects. Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and propose design solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to prospective clients. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed. Track sales pipeline and provide regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proven experience in sales or business development in the interior fit-out industry is preferred. Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQ, and interior materials. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. UAE driving license is a must. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
