We are seeking passionate and driven Sales personnel to join our dedicated sales team. The role involves generating leads, preparing quotations, making sales calls, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Achieve the annual sales target assigned to the designated region. Build strong relationships and conduct stakeholder mapping with key end-users and EPC clients, ensuring the CRM system is updated with comprehensive contact details. Develop a focused sales pipeline in the CRM system with guidance from the Sales Manager. Prepare proposals and quotations, and provide full support for timely tender responses, adhering to the Firenor process. Take ownership of delivering tender responses to customers. Provide technical support for bids. Collect and report market intelligence on industry trends and practices. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or any related field At least three years of experience in a similar role within the UAE. Prior experience in an EPC sales role or vendor sales environment, preferably catering to the EPC market. Strong understanding of fire protection systems and products. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including clients and competitors, for OEM products. A collaborative team player with a high level of dedication. A clear and effective communicator, capable of engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
