We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible to manage key client accounts, understanding their business needs, and effectively promoting our solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning sales strategies with company objectives, ensuring revenue targets are met, and fostering long-term client relationships with an excellent experience in networking and telecom products.Job Responsibilities:
- Align sales strategies with Seaport\'s objectives to meet strategic goals.
- Develop innovative solutions to achieve sales targets, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Strategically manage client accounts to drive profitability and growth.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability analysis to tailor solutions to client needs and stay ahead of competitors.
- Implement sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies effectively.
- Drive account management activities including cross-selling, up-selling, and market penetration.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, demonstrating industry expertise and identifying opportunities for Seaport.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process, taking ownership of commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and Finance Manager to support product marketing initiatives.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the sales manager within the scope of work.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in networking and telecom products
