One of our esteemed clients in the Steel Fabrication Industry is currently seeking Sales Engineer to be based in Sharjah with industry-specific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction, particularly within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to understand and fulfil the unique needs of clients in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of steel structure fabrication and construction to understand clients\' requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and nurturing new business opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients, addressing their concerns and offering value-added solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and trends in steel structure fabrication and construction to effectively communicate their advantages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support, including addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry-specific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction.
• Strong understanding of steel structure products and construction processes.
• Proven sales experience, including achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and industry regulations.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Pakistani/Indian nationals will be given first preference.
