Follow up on new projects/business opportunities coming up in the UAE.
Ensure a healthy sales pipeline, including a private villa and other construction projects.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Consultants, Contractors, and Joineries to pursue sales leads, promote products, and conclude sales.
Assuring solid, sustainable and exponential growth in business with a view to maintaining the position of the market leader.
Develop an action plan to further strengthen customer relationships by identifying key influencers and decision-makers.
Acquire a thorough understanding of the customer\'s needs and requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Identify new business opportunities by acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of furniture fitting products and solutions.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and installation instructions.
To understand the price structures clearly and correctly so that you can bid/offer to outperform your competitors while simultaneously meeting the firm\'s gross profit expectations.
In order to retain the customer\'s trust and loyalty, we must be able to resolve all issues and problems faced by the customers.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and marketing progress.
Responsible contact between the company\'s internal support teams and the customer.
