Job description This position requires interaction with healthcare professionals to assure clinical needs are met and budgets are appropriately set. - Install, Maintain and Provide technical support on medical equipment, Perform On-site repair, maintenance and service needs. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system
- Work with user groups to assure features required for patient care are identified
- Work with medical equipment suppliers to assess compliance with project needs and after purchase, coordinates installation and training.
- Work with Purchasing to acquire the required equipment is ordered in compliance with purchasing agreements
- Work with international suppliers to keep up to date with new literature and technology upgrades
- Track expenditures and reconciles with budgets and reports progress and outcomes
- Open to travel internationally to meet suppliers and receive training Qualifications/Experience:
- Some B2B sales experience is a plus
- experience in hemodialysis machines AND/OR cardiology
