Key Responsibilities
Understand client technical requirements and align them with the features of the software solution.
Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions for potential clients.
Address customer inquiries related to software functionality, performance, and integration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors.
Develop customized proposals, pricing structures, and licensing options tailored to client needs.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project feasibility.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in CMMS/CAFM or related solutions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of database systems and software functionality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and pricing strategies.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in social and networking environments.
GCC experience and a valid Qatar Driving License are mandatory.
