Job Description
Salary: 2,500 to 4,000 USD Duties & responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve the sales target.Plans a weekly itinerary of calls to allocate time effectively and to ensure proper territory coverage by industry, geography and account potential. 2. Tender evaluation, Technical & commercial offer preparation and review prior to issuing to the client, follow-up and revises the proposal as necessary to meet the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs; 3. Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information for tendering purposes. 4. Review client recurrent requirements and specifications to ensure compliance. 5. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and competitors. 6. Developing pricing strategies and cost estimates for tender submissions. 7. Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with clients. 8. Managing the administrative tasks related to tendering, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping. 9. Collaborating with technical teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions. 10. Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals by providing necessary information on production chemicals. Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with production chemicals, process equipment, and chemical processes, as well as the ability to perform tasks such as product/material sampling and basic maintenance..
- Understanding of tendering processes, including bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and pricingstrategies.
- Minimum Years of experience: 03-05 Years in Chemical Product sales for upstream and midstream
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Analytical skills to review client requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tender submissions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously within deadlines.
- Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)for documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of legal aspects related to contracts in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Should hold valid driving License.
