Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers for his segment of sales (products and services).
Give demos, training, and presentations to influence and help clients discover the benefits of our products and services.
Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, and installation.
Assist in the process of pre-qualifying products and services with clients, customers, and end-users.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Monitor and assist in the process of creating technical and commercial proposals and work closely with the technical team to quote or tailor the services for customers, end users, suppliers, and clients.
Provide technical clarifications to customers, clients, and end users, and attend the meeting if required.
Extensive interaction with customers, suppliers, and the team via phone and email.
Ensure the timely submission of project-related documents and support the finance team in arranging the submission of invoices.
Attending the client meetings and supporting the sales team to finalize the orders as needed.
Travel to project sites along with the technical team (as required) to perform start-up, integration, and training and attend to any installation-related queries.
Organize product presentations and online seminars for customers and end users for new and existing products. Maintain professional business relationships with customers and vendors.
Identify and communicate customers\' needs and sales opportunities to expand business opportunities.
Track the status of the submitted offers with external sales and clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with sufficient experience (at least 6 years) in the oil & gas industry. Affinity is familiar with engineering, procurement, and contracting aspects of the business, both onshore and offshore.

Excellent sales process management skills and knowledge of shipment and INCO terms.
Sales support experience and the ability to work on a multi-disciplinary portfolio.
Ability to carry out market mapping and precise forecasts
