, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and expanding the company's customer base across the
MENA region
. This role merges strategic business development with hands-on sales execution, aiming to secure new accounts, develop key partnerships (e.g.,
ADNOC, SLB, ARAMCO
), and identify sustainable growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support specialized sales engineers (Electrical, D.H, D.S).
Respond to
RFQs
and submit timely quotations through
Odoo ERP
.
Collaborate with the
Tendering Department
for bid documentation.
Coordinate with
Supply Chain and Finance
for smooth order execution.
Strengthen and grow relationships with key oil & gas clients.
Develop and implement business expansion strategies in new territories and service sectors.
Represent the company at
exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events
.
Prepare and submit
monthly sales reports
, with commercial insight for improvements.
