This role focuses on delivering customized chemical solutions for building maintenance, HVAC systems, water treatment, waste management, and industrial cleaning services.
The ideal candidate should be able to combine deep knowledge with commercial acumen to provide clients with effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions for their facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote chemical-based solutions in facility services (e.g. cleaning agents, disinfectants, HVAC treatment, corrosion control).
Identify and engage new clients across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Conduct technical assessments at client facilities to recommend tailored chemical or engineering solutions.
Work closely with operations, procurement, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery.
Stay informed about regulations, environmental standards, and chemical safety compliance in facility operations.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and tenders; negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in
Chemistry
or
Chemical Engineering
, or a closely related discipline.
With minimum 4+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in facility management, water treatment, or industrial services.
With UAE Driving License
