Job Responsibilities:
Lead
new portfolio development for Brownfield Maintenance
projects in multiple Facility Management sectors
Drive
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
and ensure renewals & client satisfaction
Oversee
Fit-Outs
and provide end-to-end technical and sales expertise
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales function.
