We are seeking a highly motivated and professional

Sales Engineer

to join our Hydrodynamic Bearings Division in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing business within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management. Register the company with major end users, OEMs, EPC contractors, and other key customers. Generate inquiries, follow up on leads, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and secure orders. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, long-term business relationships. Attend meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients as required. Travel within the UAE and other regions based on business needs. Demonstrate basic technical understanding of rotating equipment and mechanical components. Participate in product training sessions and continuously enhance product knowledge. Support vendor registration and documentation processes for customers and OEMs. Maintain systematic records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and progress. Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, tenders, and relevant documents. Uphold a high level of professionalism, honesty, commitment, and work ethics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) Fluent in English, spoken and written (Mandatory) Arabic language proficiency (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) Basic understanding of rotating machinery and mechanical components Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
