Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, specifically Split & Window units.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and solutions.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
