The Role
Key Responsibilities oManage the complete sales process including estimation, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, order execution, and payment collection. oProvide technical guidance on HVAC system selection and implementation tailored to Oil & Gas sector requirements. oAchieve sales targets by developing strategies and executing business plans to expand market share. oLead techno-commercial discussions, finalize projects, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. oCollaborate with factories and cross-functional departments to ensure on-time and efficient project delivery. oBuild and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional after-sales support and service. oParticipate in special assignments and projects as directed by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. oIn-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions in Oil & Gas and Commercial industries. oSolid background in sales, business development, marketing, and negotiation. oProven ability to translate technical knowledge into client-focused solutions. oExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills. oStrong problem-solving, organizational, and team collaboration abilities.
