AWS Distribution is seeking a results-oriented and technically proficient
HVAC Sales Engineer
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation or HVAC systems, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. U.A.E. market experience and a valid driving license are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HVAC and industrial automation products to both new and existing customers across the U.A.E.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Understand customer requirements and prepare customized proposals and solutions.
Create and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project bids to ensure successful deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide technical assistance and after-sales support when required.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales or technical experience in the U.A.E., ideally within industrial electrical, automation, or HVAC sectors.
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial automation, or related product lines is a strong advantage.
Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Valid U.A.E. driving license is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
