Job Description

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They serve as the main pre-sales technical expert, supporting the sales team with product knowledge, technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
Key duties include:
1. Researching market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify business opportunities.
2. Collaborating with the sales/business development team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Providing technical support, addressing client inquiries, and preparing tailored solutions.
4. Developing proposals and tender responses, ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and updated.
5. Staying current with the latest technologies and products to offer innovative, cost-effective solutions.
