The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and commercial insight to provide clients with effective, sustainable, and cost-efficient facility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote chemical-based solutions in facility services (e.g., cleaning agents, disinfectants, HVAC treatment, corrosion control).
Identify and engage new clients across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Conduct technical assessments at client sites to recommend tailored chemical or engineering solutions.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and timely delivery.
Stay up to date on relevant regulations, environmental standards, and chemical safety compliance within facility operations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender submissions; negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering is
mandatory
.
Minimum of
4 years of technical sales experience in the UAE
, preferably within facility management, water treatment, or industrial services.
Must possess a valid
UAE driving license
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and facility service solutions is an advantage.
