Sales In Facilities Management with salary up to 2,000 and percentage - At least 3-5 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the Facilities Management particularly.
Business Development Executive with a Facilities Management background required to direct and oversee the activities of FM Strategy & Business Development Department.

Develop business growth plans for General Maintenance, Cleaning, Pest Control and Real Estate Management Activities.

Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include negotiating rates, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly contracts, etc

Will identify, analyse and recommend specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of FM in the UAE. Job Role

Manage and maintain the strategic planning process & Coordinate the development and implementation of plans to support the strategic vision and direction established by the Board of Directors.

Provide plans & assist in identifying appropriate subcontracting to drive various growth initiatives.

Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial facilities Management M industry.

Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals Requirements

Candidate should have Sales / Marketing skills and expertise.

Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.

Excellent analytical and communication skills
