We are hiring a results-driven
Sales Engineer
to represent our specialized consultancy services in the areas ofarchitectural, structural, and MEP design
, as well asauthority approvals
. The ideal candidate will actively engage withcontractors, developers, and consultants
, helping convert technical capabilities into business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Approach and build strong relationships with
consultants, contractors, and developers
Promote and explain the company's services includingdesign, approvals, and documentation
Work closely with technical teams to preparecustomized proposals and quotations
Attend meetings, site visits, and discussions to convert leads into confirmed projects Utilize tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator
for lead sourcing and outreach Track leads, follow-ups, and closures through organized CRM or reporting systems Keep updated on trends in the UAE engineering and construction marketRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, or relevant Engineering field 1-3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles in construction/design sectors Excellent communication and client handling skills Familiarity with UAE construction practices and authority submissions is a plus
