Sales Engineer - HAZO Interiors

Job Brief:

HAZO Interiors, a dynamic and growing interior design firm, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to contribute to our continued success.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

Lead Generation: Actively pursue new sales prospects through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and social media engagement.

Client Interaction: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, actively listening to their requirements and addressing their concerns.

Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing HAZO Interiors' products and services.

Sales Reporting & Analysis: Create regular reports analyzing sales data and financial performance.

Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock is available for sales and demonstrations.

Industry Representation: Represent HAZO Interiors at industry exhibitions and conferences.

Deal Closing & Objection Handling: Negotiate and close sales deals, effectively handling customer objections and complaints.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve optimal results.

Feedback Collection & Dissemination: Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with internal teams.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales-focused role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with CRM software (a plus).

Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.

Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for sales.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Must have a driving license. ( With car preferred)
