to join our growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical solutions to clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and automation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, automation, oil & gas, packaging).
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on engineering specifications.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Manage and grow existing accounts by offering after-sales support and technical consultation.
Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in industrial equipment or engineering solutions in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong technical understanding of industrial automation, machinery, or engineering systems.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates for client meetings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to B2B sectors such as food processing, logistics, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
Understanding of tendering processes and government project requirements.
