b) Develop and manage relationships with:
Contractors & Sub-contractors
Consultants
Developers
Facility Management companies
c) Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE market.
d) Handle the
complete sales cycle
: prospecting, site visits, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
e) Prepare
technical and commercial proposals
, BOQs, and cost estimates.
f) Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution.
g) Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
h) Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
i) Stay updated on ELV technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of ELV sales experience
in the
UAE market
.
Proven experience in selling
CCTV & Access Control Systems
(mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good understanding of the UAE construction and ELV market.
UAE work experience is
mandatory
.
Valid UAE Driving License
is
mandatory
.
Engineering background (Electrical / Electronics / ELV) is a strong advantage.
