Role Purpose



The Sales Engineer is responsible for

commercializing OEM products

in the UAE local market, focusing on

EPC contractors, government entities, and ADNOC group companies

.
This role combines

technical sales, client relationship management, and vendor registration support

to drive

consistent revenue and market expansion

.

Mandatory Experience Required



3-7 years of Sales Engineer experience in UAE/GCC

Proven experience selling

industrial / engineering / OEM products

Strong exposure to: EPC contractors Oil & Gas / Energy sector clients Government or semi-government procurement Hands-on experience with

ADNOC or EPC vendor registration

processes is a plus Existing client network in Abu Dhabi preferred
? Candidates without

UAE / GCC market exposure

will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities



1. OEM Product Sales (Primary)



Sell and promote

OEM products represented by Vortexen

Identify and pursue opportunities with: EPC contractors Government & semi-government entities Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, Industrial clients Prepare and present

technical-commercial proposals

in coordination with OEMs Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets


2. EPC & Client Engagement



Leverage

existing client connections

to generate enquiries and close orders Conduct

client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions

Coordinate RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order closures Maintain

strong post-sale relationships

to ensure repeat business

3. ADNOC & Vendor Prequalification Support



Support OEMs and internal teams in: ADNOC prequalification EPC vendor registrations Compliance documentation for product listings Coordinate

technical datasheets, certifications, and approvals

required

4. Market Intelligence & Expansion



Provide feedback on: Market demand and trends Competitor products and pricing EPC procurement practices Identify opportunities to

introduce additional OEMs or product lines

aligned with market needs

5. Internal Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with OEM principals, Project Management, and Accounts & Documentation teams Maintain accurate

sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports

Adhere strictly to

internal sales and compliance processes


Skills & Competencies



Strong

technical understanding

of industrial/OEM products Excellent

negotiation and closing skills

Professional communication in

English

(Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work independently with

high ownership

Result-oriented,

target-driven mindset
